“Procession on Washington” Art Piece, hand cut paper $280.00

$280.00

Have you experienced Olympia’s Procession of the Species? It is a fun, anything goes kind of parade where locals dress up or create puppets of animals, fish, insects, or plants. The procession winds itself around the streets of Olympia on the third Saturday in April. That glorious tree depicted in my piece is no longer in Sylvester Park. It was rotten, so the city cut it down in the summer of 2013.

Species glide by; swimming, laughing, dancing.
