Who We Are
We are artists and designers living in Tacoma and Denver. We make original works for fine art, illustration, and surface pattern applications. We love to notice where we are and celebrate it with our art. Oh, and we love Devo! This blue house was where we first created Dos Chicas Handbags in Olympia, Washington; our first line of oilcloth bags. We sold them on buyolympia.com for many years.

I have been an artist my whole life. I went to college and became a Biologist. I love Botany, Ecology, and Entomology. I love to sew and paint, make fabric patterns, and be in nature with my family. My work unlearning White Supremacy has led me to make some very powerful art that I haven't shown anyone. I'm not sure I will. But it feels good to break those beliefs and free my colonized mindset. Where it all started - Villa Park, Denver, CO
On the ancestral lands of the Ute, Cheyenne, and Arapaho Peoples began the city of Denver. We honor their stewardship throughout the eons and acknowledge the past wrongs and genocide. We are grateful and thank you for allowing us to live here.
My little childhood home on West 10th Ave. It still appears in my dreams. It has inspired many, many artworks and writing. I will always miss her. xo
