Refunds and Exchanges
We like to call this our Replacement Policy. If there is damage to the package/item when you receive it, please contact us. We will have to prove/show the USPS of such for the Insurance Claim. If something is wrong with an item we send, please let us know. Return it to us (please pay for shipping) and we will replace it and pay to ship it back to you.
Everything in our store is initially made as original art or designs and ends up on different products. Some are one-of-a-kind. Contact us for special orders.
Digital Downloads
Do to the nature of downloads, we do not offer refunds on them.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and PayPal. We do accept cheques, too. Please make payable to Villa Park Hearts and snail mail to 3835 McKinley Ave. E, Tacoma, WA 98404 USA. Be sure to include your order number and item(s) purchased on the Memo line. We will ship your order once payment clears.
All orders include Washington State (.065%) and City of Tacoma (.011%) Taxes totaling .076%.
Insured orders will incur the current USPS rate.
Shipping
We ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays using United States Postal Services. Each order will be shipped by Priority Mail, but not necessarily in a Priority Mail package, as we like to recycle boxes and envelopes. Let us know if you want a new box or envelope. We automatically insure if your order is over $50 US. This will be added to your purchase price. Insurance for orders under $50 US can be requested.
International orders; please note buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may incur. Orders will also be shipped using USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate. If you are aware of materials/items not allowed in your country, please alert us.
We offer gift wrapping at a $10 flat fee. Give us a general color/occasion and name of recipient and we will come up with something unique for you complete with ribbon and gift tag.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We gladly accommodate wholesale orders. Our minimum is $250 and you can pick styles and quantities. Please allow 3-4 weeks.
We love custom orders. If you see something you just gotta have in a different color, please let us know. We have more oilcloth colors available than appear in our current offerings. Please allow up to 4 weeks.
